He prescribed taking them to doctor's facilities like Dhaka's BIRDEM General Clinic or Square Healing center which have hatcheries.
The specialist said the infants, measuring 900 to 1,000 grams each, can't be kept warm. "They are frequently getting chilly," he said.
Specialists said 10 of the 12 brilliant warmers at the healing center were not working while the two others create inordinate warmth.
Learner specialist Nahid Sharmin said the children, two young men and two young ladies, were conceived normally. The dead tyke was a young lady.
Another learner specialist, Tanzina Nahar Laboni, said they were kept wrapped in cotton.
She said they require great treatment in Dhaka, yet the family does not have the monetary capacity to take them to the capital.
