Court grants police third extension for report on Gulshan attack

Dhaka Metropolitan Justice Sabbir Yassir Ahsan Chowdhury amplified the due date until Jan 22, said Court Indictment Division General Recording Officer SI Farid Miah.

This is the third time the police are conceded an expansion on their report for the assault.

The due date was before moved from Aug 24 to Oct 23.

Twenty prisoners, including 17 outside nationals, were executed by shooters who raged the upscale bistro at Dhaka's discretionary region on the night of Jul 1.

Two cops kicked the bucket in the episode. Next morning, the five aggressors were slaughtered when the armed force attacked the eatery.

Police recorded a case over the occurrence at Gulshan Police headquarters under the Counter Fear based oppression Act.
